ASB pool visit

We went to the ASB pool. We had fun.

At Nayland Primary School we have an ecohut at the back field of our school. It was built for an ecohut building competition about 2 months ago.

You can play on the two huts. You can play on the one on poles and you can go on the bottom hut too. Also you can go down the fireman’s pole and go up the pole and into the top hut on poles. You can go up and down the steps and into the bottom hut and see the worms.

The chickens live under the top hut on poles. They are called Janice, Isobelle and Darryl. They are white, black and brown. The chickens are named after principals of our school. They are heritage chickens.

It will be scary if you go underground and it will be nice with people on top of the hut. The bottom hut is cold and spooky compared to the top hut which is sunny and clean.

I like the ecohut because you can play in it all the time.

How the Fishermen stop the Birds

How the Fishermen Stop the Birds

The fishermen can not go fishing at night or day because the meat

birds were out and being not nice to the fishermen. They were not letting get fish because the meat birds were getting the fish. Why was this so?

The fishermen put a net over the sea fish so the birds could not get

the fish. Then the birds went home because they could not get the

fish.

Then the fishermen took the net off so they could get the fish and

go home and have fish for tea.

But the birds came back. The fishermen got the net again, then the fish were safe. The birds went and cried because there was no fish.

The birds became skeletons flying over the sea because they didn’t have any fish to eat.

The fishermen lived happily ever after.
