What Type of Ball Bounces the Most


What I Used


I used a Basket Ball and a Tennis Ball and a Bouncy Ball


What I Did


What I did was I got a stick and held it up and then bounced each ball one at a time to see how high each one bounced.


What I Found Out


What I found out was that the bouncy ball bounced the highest.

How to make a Pop-out Card.

What you need:

2 piece of paper

1 scissors

glue

decorating things

Steps:

1 Fold one piece of paper

2 Cut the paper that is folded at both ends about 2cm in from each side.

3 Open the card and put your fingers in through the cuts to push the pop-up through.

4 Glue the outside of the second bit of the paper.

How to Make a Fishing Net.

WHAT YOU NEED

Two pieces of paper

Scissors

pen\felts\coloured pencils

1. Fold the first bit of paper.

2. Fold the paper again.

3. Cut the folded edge of the paper and leave space at 3 cm.

4. Cut the other side of the paper and cut it between the cut that you cut

5. Open the bit of paper and stretch it.

6. Then get your other piece of paper and make some fish.

How To Make A Sandwich.

WHAT YOU NEED
2 Slices of Bread
Butter
Jar of Jam
Knife
Plate
First Butter both slices of Bread
Secondly Spread on a small amount of jam
Then Put both slices of bread together
After that Cut in half with the knife
Then Put on a plate.

How to make a cup of tea

WHAT YOU NEED
Electric Jug
Cup
Spoon
Tea bag
Milk
Water
First boil water in the jug
Secondly Put tea bag in the cup
Then Pour boiling water into the cup
After that Wait 5 minutes remove teabag and add a small amount of milk
Then Stir with the spoon.

Beach Day

Beach Day

On Monday 28 Feb the middle syndicate went to Tahunanui Beach.

On our second to last activity we went to the playground. There were new things and there was a black mat and it’s like a swing. Also there are a couple that you can balance on.

We had Mrs Gass for the treasure game. There was red and yellow and the red team are June, July, August and September, October and November, December. The yellow team are January, February, March, April, May. There are five cones on each side. But the red team have to get the yellow teams cones and some to their team.

Me and Shania and Tayla made a dinosaur sandcastle. We got all different things. We put on like a silver fern but it is orange and windows and ears and eyes and nose and moat. Also we built a bridge like a kings house.

I like going on Beach Day but I had fun.

My cat

My Cat.

My cat I my icon from my past. I got my cat on 9^th November.

My cat is fast and he’s ginger and white. He is big and he goes over the fence every day. He’s cuddly and warm and he can fit through the cat door.

My cat catches mice, rats and birds. When he catches one and mum looks outside she freaks out because he is playing with a mouse! Mum doesn’t like Buddy eating and playing with it. When he catches a bird he hides them (?) the house and Dad finds them.

Once buddy caught a rat and mum had to go and see the neighbour. Mum is too scared to go and pick it up! That’s why she had to get the next door neighbour to come and get it.

I like my cat, he is cool. I feel happy because my cat is still alive.
